Mangia LAX Camp June-21-22 |

Mangias Pizza and the Anderson Lacrosse program are having a 2 day camp June 21-22. The camp will feature several college colleges including Head Coaches Don Zimmerman from the Top 10 ranked DI team UMBC, Joe Kerwin from DII Notre Dame de Namur, and Malcolm Chase from DIII University of Maine. There will be a face-off specialist and more college coaches at the camp so click on the link below for more information. Space is limited. |

Austin High Wins Central DI Championship |
April 28, 2008 |
Austin High defeated Westlake in the Championship game on Sunday by a score of 8-3. To reach the finals Westlake defeated Westwood 9-5 while Austin beat McNeil 7-4. Congratulations to all four teams that made it to the Championship Weekend. Good luck to Coach Andy Garrigan and the Austin Maroons who will be making their 3rd appearance in a row at the State Championships. |

Cedar Park and St. Anthony Dominate DII Postseason Honors |

Coach Jamie Booth of Stony Point and Coach Wes Carrera of Keystone were named Co coaches of the Year, and two powerhouse teams were rewarded for their play 2008 by the DII coaching community in the categories of All State, All District, and Honorable Mention. Congratulations to Division I Post Season Honorees |

The coaches of Central DI have selected the 2008 post season honorees for All-State, All-District, and Honorable Mention. Congratulations to all these players for their play in 2008.
Also selected as Central DI Coach of the Year for 2008 is Trevor Garmey of St. Andrews. Assistant Coach of the Year goes to Joe Siedlecki of Austin High. Thanks to both of these coaches for the time and energy they contribute to lacrosse.
